Summary:
Insert a DW-esque username-maker menu item to the HTML editor screen. This way, one can type in a username, pick which site, and it formats the username accordingly.

Description:
I wrote a script that adds a menu item to the HTML update page.  When I click on it, I enter in a username, then type in the initials of the site the user is at, and it adds the proper code to the draft body.

So if I type in 'the-xtina' and choose LiveJournal, I get:

<code>&lt;user name="the-xtina" site="livejournal.com" /&gt;</code>

I think this would be a useful thing, because that is kind of a mouthful to type.

Add extra info to userpic uploaded notification

Summary:
Correct the terminology and add useful descriptions to the email notification.

Description:
The "so-and-so has uploaded a new userpic" email notification for people in your circle could do with a couple of updates:
1) Change it to say "icon", since I think that's official DW terminology now.
2) Add in the description and comment as text, partly for the benefit of screenreader users getting emails, and partly so if someone uploads a cool new icon, you can see the comment that says "made by exampleuser" and give them appropriate credit without having to go to the allpics page.
