Profiles: message box if I've banned this user

profiles, relationships

If you go to the profile page of a user you've banned, nothing indicates you've done so. I think a message box telling you you've banned this user, with the reason you've banned them (if you've filled it out) and an 'unban this user?' link would be useful. It could be displayed at the top of the profile.

Something could be added to the Navigation Strip as well?

I don't know how easy it would be to add a box to the site without disturbing layouts, but instead of 'you and xx have mutual subscriptions' the nav strip should definitely read 'you have banned xx (reason: y)'

I am on board with this in addition to the original suggestion.

Yes, this version seems useful and appropriately placed.

I'm all for this, and it wouldn't break accessibility on the Mac at all. I specifically remember banning a user from my journal in 2014, not long after I registered on here. That user is still showing up in my settings. It's not distracting to me at all as I can skip right past it, but still it would be nice to know he was banned.
