Title:
allow posters in communities to remove tags from their own posts

Area:
communities

Summary:
I think it would be useful if the poster in a community was allowed to remove tags from their own posts, even if tag creation rights are admin only, because then an admin wouldn't have to edit in case of mistakingly picked tags.

Description:
I have a community set up so that only admins can create new tags, because I'm fussy about the formatting of tags, but the rights are such that in the second tagging option it's picked that all members can add existing tags to posts. So unless a new tag is needed the tagging is done by the posters themselves, rather than needing admin action.

However when a member accidentally picks a wrong tag for their post, maybe due to the auto-complete completing wrongly, or slipping a line in the list or such without noticing right away, the poster can only add the correct tag later, but not remove the wrong tag. So they then need to ask an admin to fix their tags for them.

I think it would be useful if posters could remove tags from their own posts when they edit them.
