Warn if crossposted security may change

Title:
Warn if crossposted security may change

Area:
Crossposting

Summary:
If someone is using different security settings on DW and another site, editing a crossposted entry can change remote security settings. This is not obvious, so I think we should warn for it.

Description:
If a user has a default security setting of Friends-Only on Livejournal or another site, but a default setting of Public on Dreamwidth, the crossposter will respect this. However, when the user edits the entry, the Dreamwidth security setting will be applied to the cross-posted entry on the other site. There is no warning for this, and I have seen people who were confused, thinking it was a glitch. Since this is not a glitch but a standard behavior, I think providing a warning when editing a cross-posted entry (to the effect of "Your Dreamwidth access setting will be applied to all crossposted entries. If you want to preserve different settings, you will need to manually edit security levels on your cross-posted entries.") might help relieve confusion and remind people that they need to check their cross-posted entries for security levels.

Until the bug can be fixed, I think a message would be really helpful.

It's here: http://bugs.dwscoalition.org/show_bug.cgi?id=943 and a bit complicated, hence it has been around for a while :/ But there's been some discussion on it in the last few weeks!
