Make "Icon to use" link in comment boxes be a thumbnail pop-up

Summary:
Change the "Icon to use" link available next to the icon drop-down list into a link to a thumbnail pop-up like the one available when posting an entry.

Description:
I find it cumbersome to open a new tab to view my icons when commenting, but I do very much like to be able to view my icons before choosing one. The "view thumbnails" pop-up is extremely convenient when posting an entry and I think it would be just as convenient to have that available for commenting.

A link change would be the easiest way to do this but if there is a good reason for keeping the link to the icons page, hopefully a second link or image would not cause clutter.

At first I didn't understand what you meant because when you you the quick reply link there already is a button named "Browse", to the right of the dropdown menu, that will show you your icon thumbnails. So I guess you mean the fact that using the comment link from your flist or the recent entries page doesn't have this button, right? If that's the case I really agree with you. The absence of the browse button there has always irritated me.

yeah, I should have been clearer there about exactly where I meant. I was thinking just an edit to the link but now that you mention it a browse button would work just as well and make it consistent with the quick-reply options.

Browse button is happier to me, because it makes the thumbnails optional (some people have a ton of icons!).
