Subscribe to all comments for a community you maintain

Title:
Subscribe to all comments for a community you maintain

Area:
notifications, communities

Summary:
Add an option to subscribe to all comments for a community you maintain.

Description:
Currently, if a maintainer wants to keep track of all comments in a community, you need to subscribe to a notification for every new entry that gets posted, then as soon as you get the notification, go and track comments on that entry. This is annoyingly fiddly, and means you sometimes miss comments. It would be good to have a notification that covered "all comments posted in this community".

Since it's slightly stalkery, keep it to maintainers rather than just anyone (though obviously anyone can do the method I just described).

Given that it's likely to be resource-intensive, possibly make it a paid community feature, though people with free communities will then just do the workaround.

Would go nicely with http://bugs.dwscoalition.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1672 , I think.

I could definitely use both options.

I think this would be an excellent feature to make paying for a comm more attractive.

IAWTC. It would make it worth it, IMO.

I really like this maintainer feature, and think it would be reasonable to limit to community or personal paid accounts.

It would be much better if the email/inbox subject line has some hints of where it come from, so email clients could thread them reasonably

   example_com post: "I like examples"
re: example_com post: "I like examples"

(use the fact that re: is standard email for reply)

or even   re: example_com post: "I like examples" #787304

which might not thread, but would sort chronologically...

Now I'm all excited ;-)

And by "as is", I mean "paid only", since you're shifting some significant user workload onto the server.
