Add "grant access" to subscription notification

Title:
Add "grant access" to subscription notification

Area:
notifications

Summary:
In the "someone has subscribed to you" notification, add an option to grant them access

Description:
When someone subscribes to me, there are several options to subscribe to them or read their journal or view their profile. But for some users (including me), the most likely thing I am going to want to do is grant them access, particularly if I recognise their username. Please could this be added to the notification email? I know I can click the subscribe link, untick that box and tick the other one, but that's really unintuitive.

My "with changes" is, naturally, don't show it (or label it as "change access") if you're already given them access.

I'd say just don't show it, unless we think they're really likely to want to revoke access after they find out this person subscribed. "Change access" might be a mouthful to parse when you see it out of context and have to stop and ask "Wait, is this something I'm supposed to do now?

Otherwise, +1.

I was thinking more change the custom security groups that someone's in; I could see someone subscribing being a "oh! I should totally add them to groups X, Y, and Z!" moment.

Ohh, okay! That makes sense.
