Summary:
Ability to collapse all comments except for those of users on the subscribe/access/both list(s). Useful for news entries or memes with many pages of comments.

Description:
This would be an extra link on entry pages, an option to collapse comments from strangers, so only comments from people who are on your subscribe/access list are expanded. It would be rather nify on things like news entries and synecdochic's Monday pride thread.
