Support: create category for feeds

Title:
Support: create category for feeds

Area:
support

Summary:
Requests about feeds currently go into the General/Unknown category. I think it would be useful if they went into their own category as most requests dealing with feeds require special privs most volunteers don't have.

Description:
It would allow volunteers to opt out of notifications about requests they can't answer and I believe help volunteers with the necessary feed-related privs identify more easily requests they have to deal with.

That's weird, I could've sworn I've made requests in the past and...

On LJ, there's a Syndication section, which would be what I'm thinking of. Given that some people will be making requests about that that aren't normal users (ie site owners), it makes sense to have a clear category for them.

It's weird that DW doesn't but LJ does - I thought the syn category was added quite early - I wonder what the reason for cutting it out was?

The support categories vary per site; they're not included in the codebase. As such, it wasn't so much "cutting out" the category as not adding it. The support categories were probably created based on what it was thought people might ask about.

Oh, OK. Makes sense.
