Advanced Customization: option to duplicate layers and styles

Summary:
Add a function to create a copy of an existing layer or an existing style (public or custom).

Description:
I make styles based on other styles (Tabula Rasa or my own) and themes based on other themes I've made for the same style. Having a duplicate function would make it easier and faster as I'd have less copying and pasting to do.

I want this, and I also want to be able to view OTHER people's public layers, and I want to have buttons so that I can point people to a page and they can duplicate the layers they need AND have a new style ready-made for them to use.

Hmm. I think there's a bug for the public thing... Ah yes! #515. And YES! So much!

The hassle it is to set up a new style to try some things that you don't necessairly want to apply, or to adapt for others, is just annoying.

I'm especially really not looking forward to when my style is ready for others to copy but not ready enough for officialness.

But a simple 'duplicate this', even just for personal use, will be very helpful.

Yeah, a bit, teaching myself some more advance image manip skills, the old one was a simple crop job, but it didn't show the detail as well. Not finished this, but it's still brighter and nicer.

Of course, having this feature is a danger that some of us might just start dupliacting when we don't need to--I have about 6 styles currently, I suspect with dupliaction I'll have a lot more than that just tweaking little things. Whcih would be silly.

OTOH, I am paying for 100 Styles, so why not?
