added option for the Tell-A-Friend button

Description:
When I click "Tell a friend about this post" I am given a form to send someone an email.
However, I would often like to tell another friend on DW about the post. Often I default to communicating with DW friends actually on DW, not via email. So I would like the option to send a "Tell A Friend" message to my friend's DW inbox.
It would be labor-saving as I wouldn't have to open a new tab and click away and open my messages and compose a new message and copy and paste the link into a message and send it. It would just be instant "OMG Read This!" flagging, which would be great.

This would probably require adding another tickybox to the Manage Notifications page so that users could choose to have these inbox notifications emailed, just like PMs. Or else the setting for PMs should apply to tell-a-friend messages as well.

What I got from this was that it would be a PM, just with tell-a-friend content automatically put in, and then one could edit as one chose before sending.

We've often talked about completely revamping the share/tell a friend section anyway, I'm working on one set of options, foxfirefey had some other ideas, but it'd definitely be good to have that page work for DW inboxes as well as just email, depending on how else we want to revamp things.
