Multiple poll notifications

If you're subscribed to notifications of poll votes, and have been getting multiple notifications of votes in dw_suggestions polls, please comment here! Let us know a) if you've been having it happen anywhere but here, and b) if you're willing to do some troubleshooting with us to figure out what's causing it.

Yeah, if we can't reproduce it outside of suggestions, next step is to get someoen who's reported the problem and who has poll notifications on to post a test poll in suggestions and go from there. I just need to clear out the moderation queue first, and that's been backed up for a few weeks; I try not to send them all out of the gates at once.

I have made another suggestion that is in queue now, so if that is approved, I'm likely to get whole new bunch of poll notifications, on top of the 1500+ for my last two. D: *dreads*
