I tend to always be in support of any change which makes life easier for screenreader users or accessibility in general. In this case, though, I'm having trouble understanding the suggestion.

Would you help me understand what the suggestion is? I see several potential interpretations and I just want to make sure I understand them:

1. automatic icon resizing offered as an option
2. extremely simple icon upload page which steps througheach step of the process on a series of individual HTML pages
3. something which would report the exact visual dimensions and/or file size of the requested icon

Forgive me for being dim; I'm just not sure what you mean by "one-stop one pic at a time".
