More informative error message when maximum tags is reached

Title:
More informative error message when maximum tags is reached

Area:
tags

Summary:
List the new tags which the user has just attempted to add when informing user that they cannot be applied because the maximum number of tags has been reached.

Description:
I tried to edit a recent post to add about ten tags to it, and received this error message: "Tags error: Adding this tag would exceed your maximum of 1000 tags. Please remove some and try again."

The error message could include a list of the new tags which I just attempted/failed to create.

This would be very helpful, since my tagspace is a mess and I don't remember which ones have been previously used.

Thanks!

If it helps, there is now a merge tags feature as well as the rename tags feature, which should help you clear up messy tagspace.

This feature would still be useful, though, to make the error message more informative and so you don't lose what you typed.

Yes. IT's a better error message than on LJ, which simply removes all the tags from the entry, but knowing which ones added that're new would be good.

A popup of the tags management page available by link would be good as well, I regularly find a bunch of misspellings and duplicates in my tags, and I clean them out fairly regularly. Someday, I'll actually clean them out properly...
