Sort inbox

Title:
Sort inbox

Area:
Message inbox

Summary:
Users would have the ability to sort inbox by post time.

Description:
While having the newest messages at the top may be functional for some people, it can be somewhat annoying to have to scroll to the end of your inbox to see the first message in a subscribed thread and then follow it up. If the inbox could be sorted with newest at the bottom, conversations would make more sense

My typical reading goes like this: forward to the last page, read, delete read message, previous page, oh wait -- something else got posted at the top, so i have to go back to the previous page, read, delete, next page, etc.

I have absolutely no idea how one would go about doing this though. (Whether it's an option within the inbox, or within notification settings, or what.)

sorting by date (up/down) and by user name would be nice.

For thread-reading, I'd rather have a proper threaded interface.

Thinking for those of us who have gods know how many anon memes followed, just username might get problematic - maybe have it automatically prioritize username>communityname, but sort by both?

But yes please to the sort oldest at top - especially if there's somewhere I can set that and forget that!
