Move 'Choose a Page Setup' to Customize Style OR duplicate it there OR add a link to it (with appropriate anchor) when the layout allows for different page setups.
Description:
When you were on Customize style (http://www.dreamwidth.org/customize/options), you used to be able to select a different setup (one column, two columns, etc.) in Display options. Now, you have to click on 'Select on a different theme' to go back to Customize. Except you're not trying to change themes so the link is confusing. I think the least that can be done about this is to add a 'Change your page setup' link to Customize Style as well.
