Soon (for certain values of 'soon'), there will be a "suggestions generator", where you fill out forms and it will post an entry to this community for you, for discussion and the like.

Until then, if you've got something you'd like to suggest for Dreamwidth, you can leave it as a comment here! You can review our development roadmap explanation first, since it includes a lot of our upcoming big projects.

Yeah, I thought I might be in the minority on that one. *g* Given that that's never going to happen, is there a chance user links could pick up on the capitalisation of usernames? I'm anal enough that if I really want something capitalised on LJ, I will bother to type out <lj user="theoret" title="Theoret">, but having <lj user="Theoret"> appear capitalised would be quicker, and no one would be irritated by the possibility of a username they're clicking not clearly telling them exactly which journal they're going to. I don't know how practical that would be to implement though.
