Merging tags
Re: Merging tags
Re: Merging tags
"Me three". I am currently losing the battle to wrangle my tags because doing so by re-tagging all my stupid typos or naming convention fails is tedious.

Re: Merging tags
I'd also love to be able to automatically add another tag to all entries with a certain. Both of those should be easily doable with the existing frontend.
(I'd also love to be able to batch-tag - go into "Edit Entries", select a bunch of entries, add a tag to all of them at once. I've been spoiled by LibraryThing's tag-management system.
It would also be nice if I could use my arrow keys to scroll down the tags list in "manage tags". And if I didn't lose my place in that list every time I changed a tag.)

Re: Merging tags
I'd like to have an option to spontaneously create a new tag. Like, say you're writing about a topic (for this hypothetical situation we'll say you're talking about poker), and when you start out, you don't think you'll write it very often. Three entries involving talk about poker later, you realize you want a tag for poker.
I'd like to suggest being able to go into the maintenance of tags, create the tag 'poker,' and have the option to search through previous entries that have the word 'poker' and tack on the tag. (I'm not sure if I'm explaining it properly, please to be giving feed back on the readability of this)
