Summary:
Community administrators should be able to get notified when someone becomes a member of their community.

Description:
As it is now a community administrator can chose to get notified every time someone posts an entry in their comm and they can also get notified every time someone comments on any entry in the comm. It would be wonderful if an administrator could also chose to get notified every time someone becomes a member of their comm. I know it would make my task as an admin for a new comm that's open to everyone so much easier.

It's definitely a feature that should ONLY be available to comm admins though, no one else.
