Summary:
The ability to easily rename keywords for entry memories.

Description:
I would like to be able to click on a memory grouping header (a keyword) and rename it - without having to edit the information for each memoried post - which currently ended up with me having two memoried entries, under two different but similar groupings.

Example:

Rain Posts -> Weather Posts has resulted in 2 entries under Rain Posts and 2 entries under Weather Posts, even though I deleted 'Rain Posts' in the keywords field.

That's the plan, yeah, but a) this might be something quick to implement until they can be, and b) response to this can help indicate how the new system should be designed!

OH THANK GOD. I don't even bother with memories any more because they're such a pain to deal with, and tags are easier, so hearing about an overhaul of any kind is nice.

Tags are great for one's own posts. But for having somewhere to collect other DW/system posts, there is only memories.

I'm sure some people are using delicious or other similar offerings. But I liked having something that was part of my account collecting posts on the system.

I had no idea that DW has future plans to overhaul memories completely. It is good to know that they have memories on their list.

Yes! And that's a very good point, which I didn't even think to bring up. I switched from memories to delicious a while ago myself, but having more than one easy place to store things would be super nice.
