I can't believe this isn't already in the bug system or posted about here, at least not that I can find, but I think it would be very nice and not too evilly difficult to make cuts have an AJAX +/- link in them to expand and contract inline.

Not sure if you're aware of it, but the LJADDONS Fx addon does this, and I believe there's a cut unfolder specific plugin as well. Don't think either works on DW yet, keep meaning to teach myself XUL to gut Addons and convert the stuff I like to DW.

But yes, it'd be a good option to have.

That's actually what inspired this suggestion. I was all, eh, maybe I should convert that one addon, but then I was all, OH WAIT I CAN ACTUALLY POSSIBLY COMMIT CODE TO THIS SITE OH YEAH BABY.

Jennie says you should convert the addon anyway, because she doesn't use the cut unfolder but wants other features.

Mostly we want programmable inserts for any site, but without all the extraneous crap--it's on my 'to-do' list but a long way down it currently (below learning XUL, for a start).

But yeah, the advantage of DW being a proper open source project is good.
