Summary:
Searching for users by email address currently only searches through the actual email address. It should also search through the display email address.

Description:
Dreamwidth lets people assign a publicly displayed email address separate from the actual email address they use with Dreamwidth. Following the same rules for the display of the actual email address, users should be able to search through public display email addresses.

If someone has their display settings for email set to either display email or not to display an email at all, they won't come up in the email search. This is exactly what should happen if they've chosen not to have any email shown, but if they've chosen to have a display email shown, they should come up under an email search for that display email.

For example:

My actual email is actual@domain.com, but I've decided to have display@domain.com shown on my profile instead. If someone searches for actual@domain.com, I do not come up. If someone searches for display@domain.com, I should come up (but currently do not). If I change my settings to show actual@domain.com instead, I should no longer come up under a search for display@domain.com
