Add an option to the admin tool for paid time so that users can be emailed (if the admin wants) to tell them they have been given paid time.
Description:
The admin tool used to update paid time (used for theme-maker bonuses, or if someone gets paid time extended as compensation for a problem) doesn't email the user with the usual "You have been given paid time" email. Obviously on some occasions when the admin tool is used, the user is told anyway, so it would be redundant, but sometimes they aren't. In these cases, it would be useful to add an option to the admin tool to tell the user that they've been given paid time. This would use the same notification as being gifted paid time by another user. It would be an option so the admin could make sure that people aren't getting annoyed be extra emails when it's not appropriate.
