Reorder Post-Entry's crosspost/show-entry steps in workflow

Title:
Reorder Post-Entry's crosspost/show-entry steps in workflow

Area:
crossposting, add/edit entry workflow

Summary:
On the "Post an Entry" page, move crosspost option to AFTER "Show this Entry to" selection.

Description:
The Post-an-Entry page groups the crosspost option into the stage of the workflow associated with meta (location, music, rating, etc), which labels the post in some way but does not affect how/where the post is published. The crosspost setting does affect publication, and therefore belongs in the final 'publish' stage as a logical continuation/clarification of the "show this entry to" selection.

Additionally, if the user gets to the final/publish stage and decides to limit the post's outlets (ie access, filter, private), opting to undo any auto-crosspost currently requires moving *backwards*; hard enough for habit-driven mouse-users but especially problematic if you rely strongly on a keyboard or are using a screen-reader. Putting cross-posting after the publishing step makes it the logical final step.

This suggestion is applicable mostly for the purposes of discussion & information before eventual overhaul; if you have comments, please feel free. See also Denise's comment (below) as to her intentions.

FYI, this process (and associated pages) is getting a 100% total overhaul. I let it through to see what discussion comes out of things, and to see what order people generally do things in, but it won't be moved over to Bugzilla in anything resembling like what it was suggested in, because the update page won't look anything like what it looks now in another six months.

The point in discussion is to find out whether people feel passionately about crossposting being before or after security level, of course.

For the record, I'm comfortable with the order it's in and think I would find crossposting-last to be awkward (hence my "no, thanks" vote) but I don't think it'd break everything for me if it were to be switched.

I (almost) never change my crossposting options, so moving it wouldn't affect me much at all.

I absolutely agree with the original suggestion that Crossposting is better sorted into 'posting access/options' rather than meta-content. With that in mind, Comment settings may also want/need to be moved.

Caveat: I don't crosspost anything, so this fundamentally doesn't affect me, but it does make sense from a usability standpoint.

I would prefer to have it before-but-with the security options, because if you have a lot of lists, the security options take a fair bit of space and are eye-clutter. It's easier to find where it is.

Although really, I don't feel very strongly, because I almost never change the settings at all - I have my defaults and I want it to do that basically all the time.

I don't feel very strongly about this, as I hardly ever change my crossposting settings.
