Make the Manage Circle table sortable by headers: Account, Blank (untitled column w/asterisks), Subscription, and Access.

Description:
The first version of this pegged AJAX as the means to sort the table, but as several people pointed out, AJAX can be resource-intensive on older systems/browsers. Unfortunately this means the question became unintentionally two-fold, begging the question of whether No-answers were on the grounds of not wanting sorting, or on the grounds of not wanting AJAX. (I edited, but I'm not sure whether everyone saw.) This redux, then, is the same but *independent* of means used, because while it's possible to do in AJAX, it's also possible to do it via page-reload and skip AJAX altogether.

So, without defining *how* it's implemented, here's a suggestion that the Manage Circle table be sortable by its five headers: account, blank (asterisk), access, and subscription.
