Descriptive, accessible "preview" for styles and themes

Title:
Descriptive, accessible "preview" for styles and themes

Area:
accessibility, styles

Summary:
Descriptions of the look of each theme on offer in the customization area, and descriptions of the collected look of each style.

Description:
The customization area doesn't currently appear to have any description of the look of each theme and style: an oversight inherited from LiveJournal.

At the time of a public theme being made available for use, in addition to a preview image, someone should describe the theme for users who cannot see the preview image.

Additionally, there should be a description for each style, as it's possible to have the same colors in two different styles for a completely different look.

Take 'Lilac' in 'Crossroads' and 'Tranquility III'.

'Crossroads' is a boxy style with one or two sidebars that can be placed on either side of the page; the sidebars overlap a prominent header, and the longer sidebar overlaps a thinner footer. Entries have header and footer stripes.

'Tranquility III' has rectangular header, footer, and left sidebar surrounding a rectangular main entry area. None of the components touch.

'Lilac Crossroads' is done in shades of pale lilac (blueish purple), floating all components on a palest lilac background with black entry text, with white text on a medium lilac sidebar and darker lilac header, footer, and entry header; most links are dark purple.

'Lilac Tranquility III' has a dark lilac (blueish purple) background, on which floats a medium lilac sidebar with white text and dark links, and a white entry box with black text and the links the same dark lilac as the background.

Lovely idea for improving accessibility.
