Don't show entry on first page if it matches the displayed sticky entry
Title:
Don't show entry on first page if it matches the displayed sticky entry
Area:
entries
Summary:
Right now, we can get entry duplication, when we have set a recently posted entry acting to be a sticky entry. I'd like to have the entry show up on the page only once.
Description:
The nonsticky version of the entry should be hidden from the front page of your journal if you've stickied a newly posted entry. That is, if you can see the sticky entry (starred) at the top of the page, you shouldn't see a non-sticky version of the entry (unstarred) below.
The nonsticky version of the entry should otherwise be part of the normal flow. That is, if you stickied an older entry (one which is not among your first 20 entries), and then go back in your journal and run across that entry again, it should show up in the proper date order.

Thing is... it's there to be a sticky entry. I don't really need it anywhere else. Personally, I wouldn't mind if the sticky entry didn't show up at all in its nonsticky form.

Also, if I want to go back and alter the entry later, which one do I change as it stands now? Do I edit the sticky post, or the original? Because my sticky (which used to be future-dated) is my fic index, which needs to get updated every time I post a new story.
