post-location

Title:
post-location

Area:
email posting

Summary:
There exists commands to edit metadata fields for mood, music, etc, but not location. I think there should be.

Description:
There already exists a bunch of commands (post-userpic, post-tags, post-mood, etc.) to edit metadata when posting by email but the location field is missing. Creation of post-location or similar would be useful for those who use the location metadata. I don't know what it technically involves, but I doubt it would be that much, given other tags already exist.

I'd guess that the blogger and atom APIs have the same problem, though I haven't checked.

I just tried fixing this and found out it actually exists as post-location, it just isn't in the documentation :) So if you wanna start using it, no need to wait.

I am mildly amused by the things lurking in the DW code.
