Allow community posting guidelines to be in the profile

Summary:
Allow the "entry to show people after they join your comm" setting to be set to the profile instead of a normal entry if you want.

Description:
The new feature to link new community members to your welcome post or posting guidelines is great. It would be better still if it accepted the profile as an option, if you'd rather have that than an entry, so you only have to update the guidelines in one place.
