A cautious vote for this idea.

I don't have any absolute specific reasons for being cautious about a *worldwide* hotkey combo, but there is something in the back of my brain that is itchy, concerned that there's an OS, a browser, a popular browser extension, an accessibility application, a human language, etc. that this new feature would collide with.
