Be Able To Customize "Member Posts" Text In Communities

Title:
Be Able To Customize "Member Posts" Text In Communities

Area:
communities, customization

Summary:
We should be able to customize the navigation text for the reading in page in communities.

Description:
Currently, the reading text for communities defaults to "Member's Posts", which makes sense. However, it also makes sense that we should be able to customize the text in the 'Customize Journal Style - Text' page like we can with the other navigation links.

I've held off voting "should" or "shouldn't be" implemented because I don't like to be the only person to say that I don't have this problem, which might invite some sort of "good for you" reaction from somebody, which I'm not after. But I've always had the ability for my community to change this in the Customize Style - Text area to whatever I want (for instance, right now it says "Member's Musings"). So I'm confused as to why I can do this for my community if no one else can (or am I missing something?). I apologize for any confusion I'm causing or anything I'm not understanding...

It may possibly depend on what style has been selected?

It's not dependent on whether you have a Core 1 or Core 2 style in use, since it's worked for me on both. So yeah, no, I'm not sure what's at fault here. :\

This is what I have on my customize text page in one of my comms. No option for customizing "member posts".

Tabula Rasa style btw.

& changing the "Reading" text doesn't shift anything either.

No, it doesn't it, does it? Just tried it myself. The only text that can be changed in a comm through that module is "Archives", every other link stays the same no matter what text you add to those boxes. Edit, 2-10-12: For me personally, this turns out to be because I hard-coded most of the text for these links into my theme layer, which is something I'll be able to fix myself, but the problem with not being able to change the "Member's Posts" text in comms is a system-wide bug, nonetheless.

Sounds like a comm-based bug (I'm thinking something in the hard-coding is just kerflooey).

I'd suggest opening a Support Request. I'll do so myself, in fact (but it probably wouldn't hurt for more than one person to file if anyone else wants to), since I never noticed this before, and I don't like it now that I have noticed it. :)

You've changed the reading page title/subtitle. I think the OP wants to change the nav module text.

That's what I thought the OP was after, at first, but I stand corrected.

This is obviously a bug (network shouldn't be there either) and I've filed it in Zilla.
