Allow cross-posting to communities on similar journal systems that have the same name and settings of a community on DW.

I could see this being a maintainer-only function, but it would be more widely useful to any member of communities that are mirrored on other journal systems.

I see it working like the journal cross-posting, with check-boxes for the journal communities to which you wish to cross-post.

DW would have to be able to check membership and post settings at the other journals.

A separate solution would be to build the cross-posting ability into a client instead, if you're working on one.

This problem is intended to solve the difficulty of monitoring the same community at different journals. I find that I use the DW community less because of the lack of community cross-posting and I've been reluctant to encourage members to move to DW with so little activity at the community here.

This is another critical addition that would enhance DW adoption. Again, could be a paid feature. Could be maintainer-only, with a mod cue, even, if there's an issue of multi-user access. PLEASE make this happen!
