Jump back to where you were after editing a filter

Title:
Jump back to where you were after editing a filter

Area:
subscription filters

Summary:
Jump back to where you were rather than back to the top when adding someone to a subscription filter.

Description:
When you're editing subscription filters, if you scroll down in the left-hand box, select someone, then click "Add", it adds them to the filter and jumps back up to the top of the box. So if you want to carry on from where you were, you have to scroll down again. Can it be made so you go back to where you were in the list?

There's also ctrl+click to multi-select, but I can understand the desire for this.

I said no because I like this behavior actually: I go trough the whole list then goes back to the beginning to go through it again to see if I've missed anyone/thing but it wouldn't be the end of my world if this were implemented. :)
