You could technically do it in S2 as well if you created a S2 style that output valid RSS or ATOM, if there's a thing that lets you see your journal/reading page with an arbitrary s2id. (I am only vaguely ashamed to admit that I don't know if there is. S2 is Deep Voodoo.)
