I'm against adding a load more links to the menu, as it's already fairly crowded. A custom menu for each user (which has been suggested) would be better, as you could then pick the links you'd actually use.

I agree that the name Create isn't ideal, but Account doesn't sound right, either.

Changing Sponsor a User to Random Gifts would be good.
