Community members list edit success: list pages
Title:
Community members list edit success: list pages
Area:
community administration, ui, making things make sense
Summary:
When saving community membership editing, present the pages menu and a link to return to the page you were on, the previous page, and the next page.
Description:
Current behavior of the community membership editing interface looks like it was inherited without much modification from our code parent.
Upon saving settings at http://www.dreamwidth.org/community/members?authas=communitynamehere there is a link, http://www.dreamwidth.org/community/members.bml?authas=communitynamehere, which goes to the first page of the community membership list, no matter what page you were on when you were editing, no matter how many pages there were.
The editing success page should ideally list all the possible pages in the familiar numbered menu as one sees normally, with perhaps quick and easy links to the page you were on, the previous page, and the next page. Maybe even first and last, if that wouldn't be too fancy and/or confusing.
