Memories Icon Different If Post Already Memoried

Summary:
In the site style, the "add to memories" button on an entry is a heart with a plus mark over it. It would be nice if, when the entry was already in your memories, this button changed in appearance to something slightly different, and the alt text changed to "edit memory."

I'm not sure what the new icon should be, though.

The new icon could be the heart with a small pencil on it, like the edit tags icon.

Just a note for people like myself who use custom layouts: if implemented, we'll need a heads-up so we can add a new icon to our CSS (assuming this involves a new AJAX-y type link for it)? Awesome idea.
