Is the process being discussed/suggested very different from a poll with a text entry box? Is the main issue the character limit on those boxes, or the difficulty of responding to the reply, or the fact that it's a paid feature, or a combo/something else? Sorry if the answer is obvious; I'm having a bit of trouble pinning it all down in my head.
