Support: indicate whether an answer's been reviewed

Title:
Support: indicate whether an answer's been reviewed

Area:
support

Summary:
Support answers get screened until a more experienced user has reviewed and approved them. Otherwise they stay unscreened. Currently, it can be a bit difficult to know if an answer's still unscreened because it hasn't been reviewed yet or because it hasn't been approved. I think it would be useful if support admins had the possibility to mark an answer as reviewed.

Description:
Bonus points if there's a date stamp in UTC time and admins can attach a note the way community admins can when they approve or reject a submitted entry.

Poll #5119 Support: indicates whether an answer's been reviewed
Open to: Registered Users, detailed results viewable to: All, participants: 45

That would be cool, it would save tracking down one of the Triumvirate to say "is my answer bad or have you just not looked at it yet?" They can already make internal notes about it, of course, but if one didn't have viewinternal privs one wouldn't be able to see the note, right?
