* It is possible to upgrade from paid -> premium paid. The system converts the existing imte at a 70% exchange rate (so if you had 100 days of paid time, and buy 1 year of PP time, you get 70 days + 365 days of PP time.
* I let this through because there was two ways we could do it, the simple converstion way and the messy, hard-to-understand (IMO) pro-rating way. Please take this suggestion as, in essence, "change to using the pro-rated way".
