Both draft and scheduled posts are planned features. I'm not sure why they're not showing on the wishlist, but I'm sure I've seen it somewhere definitive (maybe dreamwidth_meta?)

The wiki team are gradually working their way through several years' worth of suggestions posts, picking up everything, but as you can imagine, it's a big task and they haven't finished yet.
