MarsEdit has a similar Flickr integration (as an example of an downloadable LJ client). Basically, I'd like to be able to browse my Flickr account from within the DW crossposter (or, in my case, I'd prefer an downloadable client), select the sizes I wanted to post, and do it all without having to flip around between windows manually copying URLs and code).
