At the end of whatever response I've had, there are separate links to click -- one if the problem is solved, and one if it's not. (It's been awhile; I'm a little fuzzy on the details.) When I click that the problem is solved, that's the end of it. That works for your record-keeping, but leaves me unsatisfied as regards social interaction; I want a way to say 'thank you'.
What I'd like to see is a way to add a note when I click that the problem is solved. For instance: "If problem is solved, click here." (~click~) "Thank you. If you'd like to send a note to your support person, click here."
It's not a big thing, but I think the support personnel deserve 'thanks' if the supportee wants to extend them. The extra link could be easily ignored if someone doesn't want to use it. .
