If you've turned on the notification to get emailed when someone uploads a new userpic, the email appears to include a hotlink to that userpic. I'd prefer it if the email included the actual userpic (or at least if that was an option). If you save the email because you like the userpic, and the user later deletes that userpic, you have a useless email with a broken picture link in it. There might be a slight concern if someone uploads a userpic and then immediately deletes it, you will still get the email with it in, but I think it's worth it.
