On the Edit Tags page, it seems silly to have to scroll past a copy of the post in order to get to the place where you can actually choose different tags. Especially if it's a long post, and especially with the way the post is scrunched into about half-width. After all...we've clicked the edit tags link on a post...we know what the post contains! It would seem more sensible to put the tag-editing bits on top, rather than on the bottom of the page.
