Add'l inbox info, use entry title

In the inbox, comments without a subject line are headed in the format

New comment by [profile] exampleusername on an entry in [profile] exampleusername.

If the entry has a title, it would be much more useful if it were in the format

New comment by [profile] exampleusername on title of entry in [profile] exampleusername.

I suspect it would be useful, in those cases where the entry is untitled, to use the format:

New comment by [profile] exampleusername on entry #293 in [profile] exampleusername

But I am less certain of this.
