That function is not live yet.

As far as I can see, if you have something like this:

icon 1: key1, key2

you can then change it to:

icon 1: key3, key4

and every post and comment with ke1 will be edited to use key3 and key2 to key4.

This is optional, though, you need to specifically select it.
