Summary:
Polls should, at least to the owner, have a section where you can copy the source code that was used to build that poll (in case you want to post it again and not repeat all that work).

Description:
A poll is constructed from custom syntax reminiscent of a cross between HTML lists and HTML forms, and then evidently compiled and stored in some central poll repository, and from thence only referred to by its poll number in a tiny little embed line.

Unless you have saved the raw poll code, you do not afterward have access to it once it has been compiled, and if you want to post a similar poll (for example, to fix a typo you just noticed, as you cannot edit a poll) you must either reconstruct the whole thing by hand, have saved a copy, or write a script to rebuild the poll for you.

All of these seem unnecessary when either the actual source or a reconstructed version of the source could be made available server-side.

I would recommend that the user interface for this be an extra link on the poll view, one saying "View poll source" or something, with either the source stretching down the page, or in a convenient text box to copy. Depending on how expensive it is to serve this, it could be a) available to owner only, b) available to paid users who are not the owner, c) available to all.

If the source of a poll is made available to people who are not the owner, the owner might become cranky about others being able to snatch their poll format without doing all the work.
