Option to get notified of posts you've submitted to moderated communities and/or a page to keep track of them.

Description:
Sometimes it's been a while between the day I submitted my entry and the day it's accepted or rejected and I've forgotten about it; or I have submitted several entries to the same community or to several communities and I don't remember them all. I'd like to have a way to know what I submitted (-->title of post) to which community and when it happened.

There's an email notification when your entry is approved. What you want is an email notification when you submit an entry and it has entered the moderation queue, yes?

(I voted yes. But I think I'd rather have the page with all your pending, if possible :-))
