My thought for the back end was that we'd have a page on the wiki, Style_Diffs_for_0.2.0 or something, and the default assumption would be that the person writing the patch would write the diff+, but that if they didn't want to, they could ask on dw-styles for someone to write it up.

That seems like the immediately obvious way to organize it, so there could totally be something I'm missing that would make it better or more workable.
